Party Rental Charges
                    
                        - Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays - $540.00 (4-hour event) 
				
                    - Additional hours are available at $45.00 per hour.
 
- Monday - Thursday (except Holidays) - $290.00 (4-hour event)
				
                    - Additional hours are available at $25.00 per hour.
 
Party Rentals include 1-Bartender, Black or White Table Linens, and 1-hour set-up time prior to event.
                    
                        - Additional staff are available at $75 per additional staff member per event.
                        - Additional staff are required for any party over 50 persons.
 
                
                    Corporate Meeting and Seminar Rentals
                    
                        - Weekdays only (except holidays) - $190 (4-hour seminar) 
				
                    - Additional hours available at $25 per hour
 
Corporate Rentals include AV system, the room, tables and chairs only.
                    
                        - Does NOT include bartender, linens or any set up time prior to the event.
                        - Bartending staff are available at $75 per staff member per event.
 
                
                
                    Deposit
                    
                        - We will need a $200.00 deposit at time of booking.
- All agreements have a 30-Day Notice of Cancellation or the deposit is forfeit.
- Final balance and Head Count will be due 7 business days prior to the event.
					
                        - If your party is within 7 business days of booking date, complete charges are due immediately.
 
 
                
                    Linens
                    
                        - White or Black Table Linens are included in party rental as determined at time of agreement.
- Assorted Colored linens Napkins, Chair covers and Sashes can be provided for Additional Cost.
- Black and White Linens can be requested for corporate rental for Additional Cost.
 
                
                    
                    Beverage Packages  (4 hours in Duration, Extra Hours add 25% for each additional hour) 
                    
                        - NO outside beverages allowed, of any kind, including juices and soda.
- We must charge you for the number of guests you inform us of or who attend (whichever number is greater).
- Package #1 - Soda/Juice - $2.25 per person
- Package #2 - Domestic Beer, Wine plus Package #1- $13.90 person
- Package #3 – Import and Craft Beer, Well Liquor plus Package #2- $18.30 per person
- Package #4 – Call Liquor, plus Package #3- $24.80 per person
- Package #5 – Top Shelve, plus Package #4 -$39.00 per person
Pa State Liquor Tax (where Applicable) and Gratuity included in all Beverage Packages

                        - Catering Menu : $15.30 per head (Minimum of 50 persons, Tax And Gratuity Included)
                            
                                - Includes: Basic Package - Choice of 1 salad, 2 Home-Style Side Salads, and 3 Entrees
 
                                - 1 Server, all the appropriate condiments, dressings and accompaniments with freshly baked rolls. Coffee and Tea set up is included, along with all the necessary paper products.
 
 
                
                    IMPORTANT, NEED TO KNOW ITEMS:
                    Rules of The Lounge
                    
                        - NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED. 
					
                        - This includes sodas and juice.
 
- NO BEVERAGES ARE TO BE TAKEN OUTSIDE.
- NO ADHEAVES OF ANY KIND ARE TO BE USED ON WALLS, GLASS, CEILING OR FLOORS
- NOTHING IS ALLOWED TO BE HUNG FROM THE WALLS, CEILING OR GLASS
- NO CONFETTI OF ANY TYPE
                            - ABSOLUTELY NO USE OF KITCHEN 
					
                        - Without hiring additional staff member for back house supervision
 
                            - OUTSIDE CATERING AND FOOD SERVICE IS ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE HALL
					
                        - If you choose not to use out catering options, please be aware that……
- No service items, racks, sternos, utensils napkins or condiments will be provided by the hall
- All these items MUST be brought by the group bringing the food.
